FREE WARRANTY RESPONSIBILITY

1.From the date of purchase by the customer, MBH provides a one-year free warranty (excluding consumables, please refer to the list of consumables).

2.Provide a three-year free warranty service for the motors and frames of the products purchased by customers.
- 3.MBH provides regular maintenance training for the products purchased by customers.

4.List of Consumables: Non wear-resistant components such as transmission belts, running belts, running plates, steel ropes, tension belts, seat cushions, etc.
EXEMPTION FROM FREE WARRANTY LIABILITY

1.When the customer opens the shell of the purchased product or repairs it without authorization from Maibao He or other personnel, it is considered that the customer has automatically waived the right to accept free warranty, and Maibao He is naturally exempt from corresponding warranty responsibilities. But paid repairs can be provided.
PAID MAINTENANCE OF MBH'S RESPONSIBILITIES AND RIGHTS

1.During the two-year paid maintenance responsibility period, MBH should be able to provide all intact repair parts for the products purchased by customers. At the same time, the parts replaced from the customer's product belong to MBH.

2.MBH may conduct regular inspections and maintenance on the products listed in Article 2 of this contract upon the customer's paid maintenance requirements. It can be maintained on-site or by phone.

3.MBH should maintain or repair the relevant products in the presence of customer personnel. At the same time, inform the relevant personnel of the customer of the cause of the malfunction and simple troubleshooting methods.
- 4.MBH provides customers with a 20% discount on materials and accessories required for maintenance.
EXEMPTION FROM FREE WARRANTY LIABILITY

1.When a product malfunctions, it should be promptly reported to MBH, and when accepting paid maintenance and repair, the corresponding fees proposed by MBH should be paid.

2.After the customer requests paid maintenance and repair, necessary maintenance space should be provided for MBH's maintenance personnel, and routine tools and equipment required by MBH's maintenance personnel should be provided as much as possible.

3.When the customer's product cannot be repaired or maintained on-site, the customer should allow MBH to move the product to other suitable or conditional locations.
- 4.Customers have the right to request a report on maintenance and repair results from MBH.

5.When customers move their purchased products to other locations, they should notify MBH 48 hours in advance. The costs related to relocation are the responsibility of the client.
PAYMENT OF PAID MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR COSTS

1.In principle, paid maintenance and repair costs should be settled on a cash basis, but additional supplementary contracts can be signed to constrain the actual situation.
- 2.Termination of paid maintenance and repair.
If the following situations occur, the responsibility for paid maintenance and repair can be relieved

2.The ability to maintain and repair for compensation is lost due to force majeure, but additional supplementary contracts can be signed according to the actual situation to constrain it.
